    My interactions with this company have had a pattern of neglect and lack of respect from day one. From the HR person completely missing my interview slot without notice, to them cancelling a project (that both sides had committed on) last minute and me having to chase them to actually learn about it, little concern has actually been given to having professional & respectful communication.     Get on top of managing the great people that you have in your network, please. Don't ignore the people that have made it through the selection process, don't over promise and communicate pertinent information as soon as possible.

    I worked at Equal Experts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Lot of opportunities to learn new technologies. Provides flexibility to choose technologies. All the people are easily accessible and share a lot with the new members. Mentoring is there but not formal. Flexible work hours and work from home. EE UK network is great and lot of expertise.

    Company and projects moving away from the values they preach and publish. People are forced to ignore quality for timelines agreed without discussion with the teams. India operations merely looking to get billable people instead of quality. HR policies are at whim's of few people and change overnight. Appraisals are delayed just a way of retention.     Advice to Management

    Instead of asking feedback for people when they leave, better listen to them when they are in the organisation. Make people feel appreciated . Transparency is missing as compared to EE UK. People are just given responsibilities but authority is missing. Don't lower the recruitment quality bar it has already started hitting the overall quality.

    It is an agile delivery and consulting company with pragmatic approach to software delivery. There are very few companies in Pune which promote working with good technical practices at the same time provide support and motivation to learn new technologies. Equal Experts in one them.     Still trying to mature as a company. Has not been able to cope with the size of more than 60-70 people well. Failed to evolve recruitment processes over time. Standards of the people coming inside company has gone down with growing demands of the projects. Virtually no HR management. It can be both good and bad. I think it leads to not having a proper career progression path. Which causes people to leave organization...

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in grooming new people. Mentor lateral hires to help them understand cultural values. Stop running behind every new project and play to your strengths Have a good mix of development and consulting capabilities. Have a meaningful career framework in place. Focus on retaining talent and reducing attrition.
