I have been working at Erm-New England full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None. Terrible organization. With old mentality and old ways to approach the way of working. Not even a month in the company and I´m already presenting my resignation

    Cons

All is a con. Bad manners colleagues. Managers absent. My manager left for some days of holiday and only 1 person of the team new about.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to ´´islands´´ ignoring the HQ and the UK way of working that this company supposed to have globally.

I have been working at Erm-New England

    Pros

Very interesting projects for mostly Fortune 500 clients; employees are encouraged to work on the types of projects that interest them most; management shows interest in employees' career growth.

    Cons

Salaries seem a little on the low side, though the health benefits and bonuses seem very competitive with other similar firms

    Advice to Management

Don't be so distracted with selling and completing projects that junior and mid-level staff are not sufficiently mentored - mentoring of junior and mid-level staff is key
