      Experience starting as an Intern to a full time employee

      Pros

      1. You will get to learn a lot of new things starting as a fresher as I can say it will be good place to start off your career. 2. There's a friendly environment and you will be supported by your fellow team mates if you get stuck somewhere in your work. 3. Technologies we use to work here is good to learn for the backend people as it will be very useful for your future. 4. Every work starts in a systematic manner with proper understanding and documentation which helps you to work with more clarity of the implementation. So, overall my experience starting as a fresher is pretty good .

      Cons

      Not adding any cons part since the issues I saw are in improving stage so It's good to see this.
