    Pros

    - Good pay & benefits. A lot of opportunities to learn. Great office perks.

    Cons

    - Very demanding. Depending on the role, it's hard to put in just 40 hours a week and get your job done.

    The employees here really care, but some might be overworked.

    Values-driven company with dedicated, engaged employees. Business model that benefits entrepreneurs wherein we do well when our sellers do well - win/win!     Some long-time employees are complacent and entitled. Offices outside of HQ feel neglected.

    Focus on core platform, refresh brand. Hold onto values.
