I worked at Euromoney full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

People, some good employee incentives and nice offices.

    Cons

After almost 5 years of consistent service i have never felt so undervalued in an organisation. Absolutely no room to grow and they keep hiring kids as a way of filling holes. No direction from divisional heads and real contempt between sales, marketing, operations etc. HR non existent.

    Advice to Management

Get a better understanding of what your divisions and business units are actually doing and stop pretending to be all about the employees.

I have been working at Euromoney full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The new CEO has made a lot of positive changes such a salary increase, leaving earlier on Fridays in the quiet summer months, flexible working hours, equal opportunity for all.

    Cons

Salaries remain low, certain managers don't want to implement the positive changes made by the CEO. They have a very archaic management skills.

I worked at Euromoney full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company pays well, has excellent travel opportunities and is a respected name in the industries where they work.

    Cons

Anything involving Euromoney Plc shared services ends in a nightmare - HR, facilities, payroll, accounts and middle management - will end up with you banging your head against the wall. Your own unit is fine, but as soon as you need go higher to get admin done, you meet a lot of jobsworths who exist to make your life more difficult.

    Advice to Management

Stop getting in the way of staff who actually work on your products. Fewer forms and separate HR systems for every issue would be nice too.
