    Pros

    Work from home, flexible on hours, sickpay, training and development, employee discount scheme, death in service (never needed to use it thankfully)

    Cons

    High turnover of contact center staff, management structure is a bit dis-organised. Hard to progress/get promoted as you need someone to leave for a role to open up, and a lot of staff have been here a long time!

    Good colleagues, bad management

    Pros

    Colleagues. Role is straightforward and simple.

    Cons

    Bad management. Low Salary compared to income you generate and in comparison to competitors. Hours are bad. Management are dishonest.

    Pros

    Very friendly staff, who are always willing to help. A family feel to the whole business Targets and bonus structures are clear and achievable Onsite parking You can have as much tea and coffee as you like!

    Cons

    The Deli shuts about 3ish which means if you are on till later you may miss out on food

    Pros

    Excellent training. Nice hours. Used to be an enjoyable place to work before coming into difficulty and all the recent changes as a result. Management was good back then before losing the best ones to redundancies.

    Cons

    Micromanagement. We all feel we’re not treated like adults. Treated like a criminal if you need to get up and go to the bathroom. Bathroom breaks are timed. No respect. No trust. No motivation. Low morale, pretty much everyone is now looking to leave. Very unprofessional. A shame really, having worked here many years with much success before the changes. Constant threats of being sacked. We’re basically being pushed out of our jobs.

    Pros

    - Very nice colleagues and people there to work with who are all very different. Met great friends there, bullying culture non existent - Training was brilliant and you'd get a good few skills from it before even starting. - Morale is quite high following management attempts to make friendly games and competitions between staff.

    Cons

    - Pay is not great, bonus system even worse for sales staff when one thing could go wrong in 1 call and then bonus would be taken. - Level of bullying from management who would get quite personal, in the end is the reason I left, due to staff higher up. - As many times as you say you need extra help or training in a certain area, it will never happen. - As an extension to the last point, they will ignore your suggestions about more training and will instead get someone to listen to your calls, which doesn't help everyone. - Sales very stressful, threat of being 'let go' prominent if targets are not met. - People leaving all the time, must say something about the company.

    Pros

    Great perks.. They will bring you good to encourage you and tgsts about it !

    Cons

    Narrow minded management who pick there favourits and they will progress, so much bickering and childish wispering with management. They will also talk to you like children, if you dare leave your seat for a drink then beware, oh and they will time you in the toilet. In my exit interview I was told Ford insure had 110% turnover of staff- how is that possible

    Pros

    Some great people to work with from all over the place, I have met some amazing people who work here. Also when I joined the company the training was top drawer and I have gained a huge amount of sales skills and people skills here.

    Cons

    Management will do anything to please those above them, it seems you can't progress without brown nosing. You're also marked on calls which potentially results in you losing bonus and there is no effort to help prevent this happening with tr or advice etc...

    Pros

    The Group is growing with new people starting every month. Therefore, always new positions and promotions available. Work place is very enjoyable. People very friendly and welcome new employees. Good sence of success in the group and visible growth of the company.

    Cons

    Difficult to keep up with all the new people starting. Always appears to be 6 new faces a week if not more. Sometimes the IT lets us down.
