Pros

The teachers are unicorns. They strive super hard to make work fun but there’s a black cloud in the principals office that makes this place dull, dead and sad. She sucks the life out of you. Not a good place to work. I hope the other Everbrook’s have Directors who know how to Direct and Manage. This Arlington School can’t get right.

Cons

The company itself is not here to teach and nourish children. They are all about the money. The Director keeps overbooking classrooms and doesn’t care about the children or staff. Just trying to make herself look good for corporate but the teachers keep quitting and the children keep leaving because she’s fake.

Pros

Children, location, design, some families

Cons

No respect for employees, no support they pick and choose who they support, favoritism at an all time high, they have young unprofessional bratty lead teachers who are incapable of co teaching and gets their way against other teachers. Management gossips constantly about teachers, families are deceived. Huge turnover good teachers are always leaving.

We’re sorry you had a disappointing experience working with us. Everbrook Academy is dedicated in our mission to care for children and families as well as creating a positive work environment for all of our employees. It can be challenging work, but we absolutely want our teachers to enjoy all the rewards early childhood education can bring. Thanks again.
