Pros

-Learn Ever Suite Platform and nothing else. - very Good Community but from Employees not from company.

Cons

-Employees are pressured to sacrifice free time & weekends for "extra effort", for projects with unrealistic go live dates. - Highly toxic top & middle management, politics and ego issues. Managers dont really care if you're sick or tired just finish the project asap. - Long work hours, without overtime nor raise or bonus, at interview will trick you by telling you that they give 'bonuses" - Employees are sometimes pressured to lie to clients fpr business reasons. - Too much useless email work. -makes employees hate doing business with each other. - legacy products without learn any thing just Learn Ever Suite Platform - still lie on clients to hide many Defects in applications - The managers don't necessarily know what is going on with their employees and their evaluation is almost always inaccurate. They also only give feedback when it is negative. Never any positive feedback or appreciation.

STAY AWAY FROM EVERTEAM LIKE IT'S THE PLAGUE

Pros

You get good Experience. Why? Because you work more than 10 hours a day, in several projects at once. You work overtime for free and compensate you personal life and weekends for projects. That's why you ramp up experience fast.

Cons

- Employees are pressured to sacrifice free time & weekends for "extra effort", for projects with unrealistic go live dates. - Highly toxic top & middle management, politics and ego issues. Managers dont really care if you're sick or tired just finish the project asap. - Long work hours, without overtime nor raise or bonus, HR at interview will trick you by telling you that they give 'bonuses" - New employees will be thrown into tasks they're not qualified to do just to make them experienced "faster" without wasting time and resources on proper training - Employees are sometimes pressured to lie to clients fpr business reasons. - Distraction & noise in office overly cramped with employees - Too much useless email work

We regret that your journey at Everteam was not as pleasant. However, we would like to highlight that one of our main policies is the work/life balance which we value so much. However, we continue to emphasize on working efficiently rather than working for long hours. Additionally, we are very keen on creating a suitable work environment for our employees to make sure they are comfortable as they work. This was the main reason we renovated our offices approximately 10 months ago. On the other hand, as our company witnesses rapid growth, we offer exceptional career opportunities to learn and grow very fast. All our employees have an equal chance to make it to top management positions, as you may have experienced/witnessed, according to their dedication and persistence.
