+ A company that provides a lot of hospitality. + The staff is excellent, very attentive, and very willing. + Unbeatable working conditions. + Excellent work environment.
Cons
- We have flexible hours and different time zones for the entire team, and sometimes it makes continuity and communication difficult.

Pros
The team is really welcoming and patient with new-hires - it can be tough to start work in a new industry but the team is well-equipped with the answers to any questions and ready to support you whenever you need help.
Cons
It's a small (yet growing) team, and there's a lot to do! It's fun to dip into lots of different projects but it'd be nice to have more hands on deck to split responsibilities and allow the team to keep their focus on main priorities.
