      - Good work environment - Close relationship with director and general managers - Opportunity to provide value

      - Limited flexibility to choose to work from home at daily basis (even though during Covid-19 crisis, we all worked from home 100%, without any limitation)

      Good companie, good salaries. It is a good place to work. Good and innovation projects, in multicultural environment. It is a good place to start.

      Cons

      Always work in client. If you want to work in the companie headquarters....it is difficult, only if you are a manager or workd as a companie administrator
