Poor planning, poor employee relations, poor methodology, and a diminishing reputation.
Pros
There is a small group of people within the organization that are fantastic, many who are simply followers that cannot see the problems, and some that are extremely negligent. Those that are good are, unfortunately, snubbed in this very clique-oriented environment.
Cons
Where to start... the management is very much involved in cliques in the office... if you're not in, you're OUT. It's somewhat like a high school environment in that sense. Managers literally go drinking with some people and exclude others. Yikes. While the small business feel of Executrade has some appeal for a recruiter, the ineptitude of the management and the poor choices that are continually made cause for a very negative environment - one that they refuse to acknowledge, regardless of how blatant it may be. Employees put on a show to make the management feel like all is wonderful and peachy-keen, but complain endlessly behind their backs. This workplace is also the definition of micro-management. Virtually every minute of a recruiter's time is tracked and has to be accounted for. Ironic... considering the recruiters are expected to work 24/7.
