      Possibly the worst company I have ever known

      Company has no structure, top stakeholders don't care about clients or its customers. The direction the company takes changes everyday with really poor decisions being made at the top. I spent the first half of my time hiring people and then the second half firing them because the company had no idea what it was doing. Was told constantly that the company was changing its direction, what that means is they put their finger in the air and then select a new strategy based on the wind! I was sworn at by my manager, they treat staff like rubbish. You are a disposal asset at anytime. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! Trust me

      Office with nice view and nice coffee for free

      Cons

      There is no strategy, no direction. There are restructures happening every 5 minutes and heads role often (usually someone management or higher management doesn't like - huge egos from middle management upwards). Also. they get HR to write nice fake reviews here so be aware.

      A few genuinely lovely people to get through the madness with.

      Cons

      Senior management all stick together and isolate you immediately. Poor hiring Firing people mid day. No team building. Speaking to staff out of tone. Takes ages to get access to anything.
