    Corporate sycophantic personalities predominate. Expect to be evaluated as a tool. Gap vs competitor keeps increasing.

    Advice to Management

    Promote people to People management roles by profile traits, not by results or longevity. Explore the knowledge of the people in the front line of your teams. Product and innovation managers have no clue of what is going on.

    In London if you don't have a Certification in Finance it might difficult to progress even with a Master's Degree in Finance
