    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice working environment. Great ergo installations. Interesting networking technologies involved. Proper pay day fulfillment. 3 holiday weeks.

    Cons

Lower salaries than rivalry enterprises. Slow new employees on-boarding.

    Advice to Management

If you sell services in USD, you shouldn't be paying in ARS or at least fully counteracting the inflation (tipical in Argentina).

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Possibility of working with several third parties High quality standard (Controls, operations, management) Safety first is a one of the core values

    Cons

It is applicable to every big company. The fact of working in such a big company, sometimes make you loose the big picture, considering we only work on an specifical part of the company. So you need more time to fully understand the how areas are connected.

    Advice to Management

I am fully committed to work, to learn, to make additional effort to solve different situations that could show up

I worked at ExxonMobil full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunity to grow professional. Very old industry with a clear structure. Many benefits like traveling and working abroad. Good working atmosphere.

    Cons

Not as dynamic. Sometimes the structure makes it hard for innovation. Management is very old making a big gap between young professionals and specialists.
