I worked at ExxonMobil full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - good for people without experience due to an easy job - location of office - well known company for the CV - very young collegues

    Cons

    - low salary - no matters your skils, just follow the rules - bad local managment - no big career

    Advice to Management

promote more good collegues, give more meaningful tasks and help people develop, otherwise after two years they will move somewhere else.

I worked at ExxonMobil full-time for less than a year

    Pros

international environment, multilingual colleagues, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, various benefits including ergonomic equipment or massages in the office building, stable company with career opportunities within, it is possible to move horizontally, on the same position to a different division, or to grow vertically, which enables to enjoy your work even after decades of working for the same employer

    Cons

stressful type of work for me personally (customer service), but some other colleagues enjoyed it, more incompetent managers and these problems generally not dealt with, openspace, in my department and those around me longterm problems to have enough employees, which causes bigger amount of work for the current ones and more stress, people get tired and exhausted in long term

    Advice to Management

appreciate your employees more, so that they will feel valued and well paid, also it will attract more new candidates, in general try to invest more in people

    I worked at ExxonMobil

    Pros

Stable job, offers also part time in some positions, job itself quite interesting, benefits and "safe" rules can be used as you like. You will not get fired easily.

    Cons

Low salary, overloaded people who are capable, but promoted people who know, how to get a protection at the management. It does not matter, how well one does a job, but how well one can sell himself even if not doing anything. In another words, if you are hard working and want to be recognized for it, this company is not for you.

    Advice to Management

I am afraid management cares so less, that any advice is just a waste of time.. But well, stop being arrogant, try to understand, what the work of the people under you actually is, start hiring and supporting intelligent people with common sense and listen.
