Very good infrastructure, there are some benefits like a good healthcare, multicultural you have contact with people around the globe.

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for more than 5 years

        Pros

Work life balance, great working environment, smart colleagues, state of the art computing systems, segregation of duty are present and clear, good controls and emphasizing safety in every aspect. They provide decent salary and benefits too

        Cons

For young people, if you are looking for monetary benefits, then this is not the company you want to work for. Bonuses are fixed at 2 months salary every year. Patience is needed to climb the corporate ladder. Seniority and loyalty doesn't guarantee you better offers and promotions.

        Advice to Management

Better remuneration package, salary increments, bonuses and benefits. Better performance should be rewarded with more bonuses rather than just getting a decent increment.
