Worst company ever. If you can't find a job & have an offer letter from this company, trust me it's better to b jobless.
Pros
Own office building at a posh location on the heart of Kolkata. Transport easily available. Any candidate from any background with some little knowledge of computer coding can get the job. Some seniors are really helpful. They will help you understand the work itself & allow you to improve further. That's it.
Cons
Worst environment. Irregular salary. Below average package. No fixed working hours. Strict log in time. 9 hours of working timing is a myth. Generally 10-11 hours of working time daily. Sometimes it goes about 12 hours. Effect of this kind of environment can be seen on the floor itself - non other than health issues. Now coming to the working culture - below average recruitment process. Poor/No training facilities for freshers. Review done by some seniors are perfect example of a poorly done work & get ready for humiliation infront of all the employees, if your work fetches some bug report. Shocking behaviors of seniors. Very small testing team. Some seniors have poor skills. Still works on age old technologies. Their mantra is humiliate first - make him understand last. You may not get the exact team to work with as you were told to. No referral bonus as promised.
