    Pros

Lots of challenges, daily, never a dull moment...fantastic products with great heritage. Many experienced staff ready and willing to support the goals of the Company.

    Cons

Currently a lack structure, cooperation and coordination..moral low and staff attrition at an all time high. Company does not respect its staff and provides no clear path to future development. Often inefficient.

    Advice to Management

Rebuild your teams, listen to your customers and staff

    Pros

Excellent cafe on the ground floor.

    Cons

Management are appalling and micromanage every little thing you do. Fleet Manager in particular is out for herself and does not care about her team. No sense of urgency and lack of procedures make this company not a nice one to work for.

    Advice to Management

The entire Fleet team has be changed twice in less than a year, evidently there is something wrong with the management.

    Cons

Work life balance is a real struggle and company has high expectations on staff to work longer hours to get jobs done Currently a tough environment given market conditions and this can lead to chaotic decision making which doesn’t always provide results Timid characters would struggle in this forthright environment Lack of structure

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Being a small company in UK, FCA offers a good breadth of exposure to the employees. It is a good place to learn if you are beginning your career. Good company car benefit for Managers, non-managerial staff also get a company car but you have to pay contribution towards the car which makes it really expensive.

    Cons

Pays well below the market rates. The company has a policy of no increments so beware of that when you negotiate your starting salary. A lot of politics is at play here too, as a few individuals are favoured for everything and the rest of the staff just has to accept the treatment. Very high involvement of Head Office in every aspect of the company's day to day running. The company's ego is very high, management... believe that FCA is the most sought after employer everywhere like Italy, and fail to acknowledge anything that points otherwise, like high employee turnover. Management is only interested in making profits and employee benefits & welfare are not even a consideration to them.

    Advice to Management

Value the talent you have in the company If you want to be truly global company, local markets need to be able to run the business as per the economic realities of the markets they operate in, rather than Turin (HO). Unfortunately, Fiat is not as big an employer anywhere else as in Turin, and good talent will always leave you if you change this culture of micro-management
