Short working days, working in the country
Cons
Culture of bullying and harassment, very low pay, lack of process, not willing to change, "always done it his way", no direction or strategy, no ambition, no commercial acumen, most of the staff would not last outside of government, jobs for the boys regardless of the skill or experience to do the job. If you want your career to die, this is the place for you.
