Nice enough people/management Offer additional training through DXC University

Cons

Pay does not reflect duties performed and not consistent between different employees. They seem reluctant to issue a payrise to apprentices which are now fully qualified(I barely earn over minimum wage after being in the role for 2 years)

I'm not sure what you mean by poor career progression due to transitionary period. FDS provides a career path for many roles including opportunities to move into supervisory and management roles. Opportunities are posted both internally and externally with many roles filled by internal applicants. We do not have a transitionary period.
