      - Transform the fitness industry as its first dedicated search and discovery engine - Positive social impact from expanding access to fitness across demographics - Cutting edge, high productivity tech stack - Lots of opportunity for growth and learning - Very experienced team - Fully remote and flexible

      Cons

      - Pre-revenue, pre-funding startup so limited resources and no salaries yet - Challenging to unify a highly fragmented industry Yet with these risks come great rewards, including relatively high equity, opportunity for accomplishment, and hands-on learning.

      Pros

      The app is a good idea and is very helpful to others.

      Cons

      Was given little to no direction for any projects, and was basically told to "figure it out." Did months of work and attended dozens of meetings with constant promises for funding, all to receive absolutely nothing in the end. It's been years since the company has launched. Has anyone gotten paid for their contributions?

      - Amazing team to work, all with many different experiences and backgrounds - Ability to dip your feet into multiple sectors of the company - Visibility into every facet of a growing company that you would not fight in a large organizations - A mission to bring fitness to the world, especially in the unprecedented times we are facing

      Cons

      As a startup with few resources, it's really up to us to get creative and make the most of every opportunity. However, the beauty is in the ability to create the future of the company.
