      Dysfunctional chaos

      Absolutely no pros working at this company.

      Cons

      1. Senior leadership team do not work well together making collaboration impossible. 2. Lack of resource in every department 3. High level of employees on long term sick Leave 4. Poor retention of new starters 5. Employee experience is not important 6. Culture of blame, disrespect and undermining others is prominent 7. To highlight LACK OF RESOURCE in every department. 8. Extremely POOR Communication.

      Transition Period

      Pros

      Privately held, mid-size company with good benefits. Many employees care deeply about the products they produce and the customers they serve.

      Cons

      FLEXcon is in a state of transition. Unfortunately, during the past several years, some of the best leaders and a healthy number of committed employees have left or are being overlooked/ignored/pushed out while the most political "yes-men" are getting the attention despite their ability to offer any real strategic value to the company. The net result is a burgeoning climate of complacency, mistrust and anger that is adversely impacting the company's ability to deliver.
