Pros

There is a a deep knowledge in Ag and a few really talented and fun people.

Cons

The culture from leadership is so toxic, I am surprised the agency has not been sued yet. The bottom performers are celebrated and protected and the few people that actually get work done and make money for the place get dumped on and publicly demoralized. The hardworking people are getting burned out and leadership does not care. Younger employees get no guidance and chastised when a mistake is made. There is absolutely no accountability and the micromanaging is unreal. Even worse there has been incidents of harassment and nothing is done to protect the victims.

Pros

- North Loop location is kind of fun sometimes - Some good clients in the ag and food space - Some really good, smart people - Flexible environment. Work from home, hours, etc.

Cons

- Lack of/poor management and leadership. No clear, or at least clearly communicated, direction on where the company is headed. - Not great benefits (parking in the ramp is $160/month, street is much cheaper but not always convenient) - Office environment can be fun but is also highly distracting - Lack of internal communication - Certain clients (well, 1-2 clients) take priority over seemingly all others - Poor/lack of processes - Hours prioritized above all - Nothing impressive about the work, and sometimes puts out work they're not confident in just to get it done Beyond all this, people just don't seem to be a priority. There are several offices, with Minneapolis the biggest and now seemingly the new HQ, but they're so disparate and nobody knows what's going on with one another. People are let go or leave on there own with almost zero acknowledgement, and in general there just doesn't seem to be an interest in fostering connections or caring. Also wonder about their ability to be profitable, and titles are rather inflated towards the top -lots of management but not a lot of people doing the work on some accounts.
