Toxic place with good learning opportunities
Pros
The only pros are that the tech team is relatively unaffected due to a good cto and there's lot to learn and contribute working with supportive and nice folks within the team, also compensation is great and appraisals are good too, probably that's what running the company
Cons
The company started as a non sleazy dating platform for tier 2/3 indians has turned to a greed fulfilling platform with a unscalable call center model where girls get paid to sit for hours and talk to users who think they are talking to a potential girlfriend or even worse, who demand things to see for the money they pay Hire and fire culture with worst employee retention just like their user base, even all the founding employees have left the company one by one with a bitterness With a good salary you have to deal with a bad product, politics and work life balance with poor culture, the whole company just feels like a pump and dump scheme where the leadership has no respect, empathy or care for the employees HR is totally unsupportive person who will always choose her own security over her duties, never trust their words, get things in written. Play store reviews and instagram posts tell a lot. The product and the company is definitely not as its marketed Only interns who stayed for short duration and didn't see the reality seem to submit good reviews
