    Positive Outlook

I worked at FRP part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible schedules. Community-oriented staff. Great owner. Ability to grow in an entry-level job and translate skills elsewhere.

    Cons

Middle management that micromanages, customers being demanding or rude, ultimately not too much career growth within company unless you translate skills elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Dilute middle managements tendency to micromanage and take more charge in upper management roles that directly supervise and oversee lower employees.

    I worked at FRP

    Pros

Very customer oriented, easy to manage, small workplace allows for great personal and professional development, bilingual environment enables one to learn Spanish

    Cons

Can be slow at times, fiberglass can cause skin irritations, labor intense work often leaves you tired at the end of the day,

    Advice to Management

Keep it up, more work, more marketing and advertising, become more familiar with technology, try to expand the variety of product lines
