Pros

Do you love being a slave? Do you love a bunch of racist management? Do you love getting pushed around? Do you love getting lied too? Do you love getting under paid, and given false promises of raises and better insurance? Do you love not knowing if you're going to get fired from day to day just depending on the way someone feels about you? If you love a terrible company that feels like a prison an the majority of the employees are ex cons, then this is the place for you! Step right up and play a game of Russian roulette with your career!

Cons

EVERYTHING! Upper management and executive management are cheats, can't be trusted and will do anything to get their way! This is the worst place I've ever worked! The HR department, Wow, they are just waiting to be sued, they're the shadiest HR department EVER! they do so many illegal things I can't believe they have made it this long without being shutdown! If you're a woman in manufacturing don't even try to apply, they discriminate! They won't hire you! So don't waste your time!

Pros

None other than it was a job.

Cons

Lots of promises that don't come true, don't take care of employees, low morale. No future.

Pros

It's very easy to get hired here as a "welder" even if you have absolute zero welding or steel working experience, because they have already fired or ran off every experienced welder in the area. If you don't want to make burgers anymore you can be a welder here. But I warn you McDonalds treats its people far better.

Cons

You cannot afford the insurance. It's over 1000 a month for a family. Also it's extremely easy to get fired. Working too slowly because you're inexperienced you're fired. Working too fast and quality suffers you're fired. If you're working in a way that's different than the way a manager does he'll make up a rule on the fly, call you into the office and write you up. 3 and you're fired. If you get hurt using the junk equipment they provide they will fire you for that as well. There are no excused absences. Illness, car wreck, jury duty, surgery, birth of a child, death in the family. All are unexcused absences and if you are absent more than 60 hours in one year no matter what the reason....you guessed it you're fired. They throw away on average 200 to 300 workers a year up to 20 a week when management is jonesing for blood and sadness. Legality is thrown to the wind here just look up the number of lawsuits against this place by former employees.
