Pros

Free lunches 2x week (con here: they tell you how much you can take/eat....), downtown office with free parking.

Cons

One of the most toxic companies I've ever worked at. All the reviews exposing the nepotism are 100% correct—it’s a very bizarre environment where barely anyone is actually qualified for their role. Andy is the head of North America, and the entire NA division is basically run by his family and close friends. I don't even think he understands the actual business; he just walks around the office blasting calls on speakerphone, which is incredibly unprofessional. Everyone is ridiculously micromanaged. They literally have someone sneak around to walk around and take physical attendance. If you aren't at your desk, your boss gets an immediate ping. I've heard that people in some departments are genuinely afraid to even use the bathroom for too long. I could go on and on, but save yourself the misery and stay away from this company. The hierarchical structure here belongs in the stone age. There is an massive, alienating distance between the top executives and the bottom-tier employees, making it feel like a very old-school, siloed corporate dictatorship. To make matters worse, you are forced to work out of a maze of separate executive offices using ancient, broken tools that seem designed to suck the efficiency out of your day and make your job ten times harder than it needs to be. Your career will not advance here. Oh, and they fire someone almost every other day.

Pros

The company culture is exceptional, driven by high-level leadership that is both intelligent and personable. There is a genuine emphasis on community, with frequent company-sponsored events and a strong encouragement for volunteerism, making it easy to feel connected to the team and the broader community.

Cons

The work environment is heavily impacted by middle management’s tendency toward micromanagement and a lack of professional oversight from upper leadership. A culture of favoritism and nepotism has led to high turnover, as personal dynamics often take precedence over team development and merit. Furthermore, a departmental philosophy that views staff as expendable has created a lack of psychological safety and stability. For this company to improve, there must be greater accountability for middle management and a commitment to objective, professional growth rather than personal vendettas.

Pros

Great global leadership, nice office downtown.

Cons

Incompetent US leadership across all the businesses except Anazao. Lots of politics, favoritism, and nepotism here; ie hiring of siblings and family/friends specifically related to the North American President and recently departed Head of FSS. Incessantly ridding the company of the most competent sales and marketing team members (aka the actual people who helped build the company to what it is today) in favor of people who have no idea what they are doing but bring lots of high titles on board, yet limited hands on experience. Not a place where it feels safe to speak up and actually share your real opinions or thoughts without fear of retaliation. You will lose your job if you express disagreement with any executive or rock the boat in any way. A culture of gossip. Also lots of quality issues with the actual medications produced…just wait and see as they are currently under FDA investigation …again. Marketing took a major turn downhill for the last 6 months or so.
