Pros

The senior HR manager at the Irvine location was incredibly energetic and helpful at answering my questions during my orientation. She brings a positive vibe to the company. Overall, the operations department seems supportive regarding staff concerns.

Cons

I have heard negative feedback regarding the sales department and hope things change. It does not make a newer employee feel comfortable with this type of feedback. Also, projects tend to have an unrealistic time line.

Toxic culture in my team

Pros

Some genuinely talented people work here, and the core company is strong. Decent benefits.

Cons

The culture and leadership in our PMO team are highly toxic. The team lead runs our team in a controlling and unfair way, showing clear favoritism to some people and discouraging any ideas. She encourages people to spy on each other within our team, which severely hurts morale. This setup is based on internal politics, not actual work. There is a blame culture within the team. Also constant negative comments about other employees and other teams from the team lead is unprofessional. No support or information shared. All info and knowledge is kept with her, makes it hard for me to do my job. This is a highly toxic leadership style and team environment.

Great work and team. MEDICAL BENEFITS very bad.

Pros

team is great, and people consistently show care and support for each other, creating a strong collaborative atmosphere. leadership is visionary, providing clear direction and ambition for the company's future.

Cons

Critical issue is the severely outdated and confusing medical benefits plan. This 40-year-old, third-party administered system provides no clarity on coverage, creating unnecessary financial and health anxiety for employees and their families. As a cherry on top, the internal benefits administrator is consistently unresponsive, and displays clear bias. She exclusively prioritizes executive requests and provides vague, unhelpful answers to regular staff, effectively withholding essential benefits information and support. This poor administration is a serious organizational issue and a crisis for employees seeking medical coverage. Trust me many of us faced this and feel the same. No matter how many employees gave review about this internally, no changes made. If you're in need of medical attention stay away from this company

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you’ve experienced a supportive and collaborative team environment and value our leadership’s direction. Employee well-being is very important to us. The company adopted a self-insured health plan to help offset rising premiums, saving employees money while maintaining strong coverage. Our HR/Benefits team reviews feedback each year to improve our plans and provider options. We encourage employees to share concerns directly with their senior leader, the Chief Human Resources Officer, or another company representative so we can diagnose the situation and determine if there was a gap or error in the benefit provided.
