Pros

You’re able to work from home

Cons

Talks and treats their staff with attitude. In the last year they have fired 3 employees, with no warnings. The company has no HR and doesn’t insist you sign a contract. The CEOs do not care about their employees and the lives of others, they only care about money and clients. Very toxic company! I would not work for them or with them!

Pros

Fully remote working, Decent hardware is provided. A very family-centric working environment. Very flexible holidays. The benefits are really good, health and dental. You always feel kept in the loop with regular updates about the company and how were doing. Although it's remote working, many of the workers have created channels to talk about things, work and non-work related. It's a very diverse group of people who work from all corners, everyone is polite and gets on really well.

Cons

Personally I don't mind working from home but being fully remote, if you're used to being in an office with lots of company, it could feel a bit lonely.
