They say "we’re a family" - they just forgot to mention it’s the kind you avoid. The new leadership lacks direction and a clear understanding of the business. Morale dropped as priorities kept shifting with no long-term vision, leaving many unsure of where the company is actually headed. Also, don’t be fooled by the unscripted, “authentic” videos they share. It’s just a façade that doesn’t reflect the reality inside.

Too many made-up directors who don’t know what they’re doing. The work is piled onto you when you’re already at breaking point. New ‘president’ has no idea about the company and just wants to bring in mates to work alongside him. Ad hoc tasks given with zero notice even though managers have had the request for weeks. Directors don’t appreciate staff, especially the longstanding ones. Often have to work overtime to get your job done, with no thanks. It’s just expected of you.

Fanatics Collectibles culture is challenging. Leadership is brutal and does not care about employees - ethos is work until you drop. Several employees leaving/have left. Many inexperienced people running the show. No focus on culture whatsoever. Run. Run far and fast.
