      Pros

      My FanBox review is that this company is trying to do a lot of great things with an extremely bootstrapped budget. The team they have in place is strong and filled with determined people, which makes the working environment enjoyable even when the hours can get long on special projects. At the stage of growth that they are in, I feel that they are generous with pay, bonuses and perks that they provide to their employees.

      Cons

      Team is expanding rapidly, which leads to a lowered productivity level as new members need to be constantly trained.

      Pros

      Talented team of co-workers, management is fun and enjoyable to be around, projects are constantly happening, there is an opportunity to change the world for the better, office is nice and in a great location, free food, fun company outings.

      Cons

      Office location has expensive parking if you don’t take public transit or walk, so be prepared for that.

      FanBox gives opportunity to earn extra money enjoying contacts with interesting people from different countries and cultures. FanBox also gives a place for sharing thoughts and ideas.

      Cons

      There are more things, which could be included in the future - as chatrooms and more options for the people, who don't speak english
