      Pros

      You aren't challenged so you can come in late, take long lunches and leave early. You just need to be able to withstand the copious amounts of abuse while you're there and/or witness the degradation of other people rather frequently... but yeah, good work life balance because you're not really working.

      Management threaten people Bullying culture is endemic People are abused daily Management actively ruin people's lives They don't pay salary or super or contracts Environment causes severe depression No one is happy Management are dysfunctional and clueless There won't be a place worse than this
