I have been working at Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Awesome benefits, great facility and location. Depending on your job and department, great work life balance.

    Cons

The organization has serious issues with D&I. Minorities and individual thinkers do not do well at the organization. Thousands if not millions of dollars have been spent on addressing issues. However all efforts are led by people who have no professional qualifications or life experience related to the issues. How can you fix what you don’t understand?

    Advice to Management

It is time to get uncomfortable. Stop making the safe choices if you really want things to change. Bring in people who are knowledgeable and passionate about the issues. This will demonstrate to those who are impacted that you mean business!
