    -As a new/young employee, you can very quickly get engaged in interesting projects/initiatives -Work/life balance. - Huge Cafeteria/Starbucks, Gym, Great Views, Next to Browns Island! - Appears to be a lot of opportunity for advancement. - Lots of young/diverse talent to engage with.

    Awesome benefits, great facility and location. Depending on your job and department, great work life balance.

    Cons

    The organization has serious issues with D&I. Minorities and individual thinkers do not do well at the organization. Thousands if not millions of dollars have been spent on addressing issues. However all efforts are led by people who have no professional qualifications or life experience related to the issues. How can you fix what you don’t understand?

    Sometimes a little low on work but you can use this to read other papers and improve programming skills. No room for career advancement.
