I worked at Fenwick for less than a year

    Pros

Good hours available, some nice people work there.

    Cons

HR department wasn't very friendly and my managers didn't take too kindly to me having a life outside of work and not wanting to work all the unsociable hours. One manager told me I was "wasting my degree" by working there.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff more and tell managers to be more approachable.

    I worked at Fenwick

    Pros

Generally people are nice to work with Well organised and you generally know when your shifts are without having to worry

    Cons

Some managers not very nice Don't treat temporary staff the same as permanent stuff (double standards) Unclear on some requirements for staff

    Advice to Management

Don't punish the temporary staff for things that the permanent staff do all the time. Make sure that when you specify something to staff you do actually make it clear what you are specifying

I have been working at Fenwick full-time

    Pros

Nice people to work with, friendly atmosphere, some of the companies provided free uniform.

    Cons

Understaff, lack of managements, they buyers are expecting us to do 10000 at the same time in a rude way. Underpaid. Minimum pay but expect a high class service. Only 10% discount after three month and 20 after a year, which I find it quite annoying for a expensive dipsrtment store.

    Advice to Management

Look after your employees and they will look after your business
