      Fantastic brands with great marketing and investment; lovely offices

      Cons

      Staff are brainwashed by management into thinking and operating a certain way. It is a highly arrogant business. Stress levels are high amongst everyone, work life balance is poor and micro-management is common. Ferrero operates a blame culture, and because they manage to create their own Ferrero 'bubble' , staff begin to accept it as a normal way to work. Stay too long and you become 'Ferrero-ised'.       Advice to Management

      Promote people into man-management positions based on their skill set, not length of service or 'because their face fits'. This would tackle at least in part the bullying and micro-management issues. Management needs to recognise and deal with some of the cultural issues and operate a more transparent business, where staff are listened to and respected; personnel issues then need to be dealt with ethically.
