      Pros

      Infectious company culture where you feel valued and appreciated. After working for a Corporation for 5 years working here at Fide feels like breathing in some fresh air. They really care about their employees. Fide Freight is the workplace where you can work hard and have fun doing it, in a truly supported environment, packed with smart and hardworking fun people. Putting extra effort in , and going above and beyond is recognized, with many perks and Rewards/Bonuses. They really do have a genuine desire to have a happy workplace with happy workforce.

      Cons

      Logistics is a fast paced environment. This line of work can create unpredictable days, you might had a plan working on project, but your plans can change from one minute to the next , you have to be able to multitask and prioritize. It can get stressful sometimes.
