Salaries are reviewed annually based on market conditions and performance. These are discussed in a transparent meeting between the employee and his or her supervisor. Our top priority is to meet the needs of our employees. To ensure that we receive their wishes and suggestions for improvement directly, we have initiated a semi-annual employee survey.
