      High pace and impact. Potential to be a breakout company.

      Pros

      - AI product and vision sells well against old tools. - Great timing for growing AI need in the market - Driven colleagues and fast pace. My team is incorporating a lot of AI.

      Cons

      - Releasing features constantly so it is hard to keep up at times - Lots of organizational change. Can be overwhelming but I value the experience still. - The industry is getting competitive which is adding pressure

      Pros

      Fieldguide has an incredible skill of hiring amazing people and having those people unite under their shared mission to change the industry.

      Cons

      Those incredible people slowly start to realize the cracks in the foundation within the first couple months after the newness fades away and leaderships true colors start to show. They beat down those amazing people into work horses who are never shown recognition and are always told to deliver better. Nothing is ever good enough unless you are working around the clock and can read the leadership team’s minds to deliver perfect work. This company entails toxic work culture to its very core. Do not be fooled by the friendly people you meet during interviews.

      Pros

      -Very organized onboarding process. -Team mates are willing to help. Everyone is so willing to help you and hop on calls to walk you through how to do something -Your ideas are always heard. They are very open to improving any processes and encourage feedback or ideas on how to make the company better. -Great market. The audit automation space is so new and the space is continuing to grow. -Understanding- Leadership at Fieldguide is understanding and will work with you if something does happen or come up in your work day.

      Cons

      -This is not a big deal at all, but there was no swag sent out in the beginning of my onboarding like I had at my last company. Again, this is not really important in my opinion, but maybe something the company can improve on.
