      Pros

      It's a great company to work for. I learned a lot from the owner in terms of standards. They are a super friendly and smart team. They gave me a lot of time and resources for development.

      Cons

      The original product market fit was small, but they are expanding it with product enhancements.

      Pros

      Growing company, expanding and moving forwards. Great team of people to work with around you. Always available to help. Accepting of new ideas, to improve the product and refine ways of working. Good flexible working conditions for work-life balance. Majority remote working, with occasional office meetups. Regular company-organised informal events help to meet with the wider team.

      Cons

      The company is maturing from a relatively new start-up. It might not be there yet in everything it does, but it is on a journey with goals of where it wants to be.
