    Already stated by colleagues, past and current.

    Cons

    Again, already stated by colleagues… Complete lack of training; agree 100% with this quote taken from a previous review – “Consumers are talking to call centre operatives masquerading as masters of all trades”. Absurd levels of nepotism, over friendliness between certain Consultants and Managers/Heads of, it is certainly a case of who you know and how well you know them in order to get any recognition.     Advice to Management

    Absolutely shake up the system, very much needed. To “inject more efficiency”, begin the shakeup at management level. We all lead by example. It is crumbling from the top down, not the bottom up. Poor performing departments are lead by poor, incapable management. Entrust employees with information; it is the complete lack of information and future uncertainty which is causing the immense negativity and poor...
