      -interesting clients and industry -high levels of direct client contact -hands on skill development and high levels of responsibility

      Cons

      -compensation is significantly below market -culture has degraded significantly over the past few years -moral among junior staff is at an all time low -management is so out of touch with junior level -several key decision makers are not respected, unapproachable and do not do their job
