Pros

They pay for meals 7 euros and rest is up to the employees

Cons

Employees rarely get raises. My boss worked for 14 years and only got a 10% raise after 10 years. When he left, the department head made us work to the bone and gave us a one-time bonus of 50 euros gross. Wages are kept at a minimum Finstral-owned apartments cost 1200 euros Finstral pays 1600 euros net Overtime is expected but not always compensated. It is a religion, not a job IT department forced to do accounting and master data maintenance
