Pros

Salary is good HMO is not bad Team members are good(Managers not included)

Cons

Politics, HR is so biased, power tripping(They will make sure that you will not be going to stay too long in the company if they don't like you or they don't feel like seeing you around and I have colleagues(plural) who can prove that. Managers will make you feel useless and sometimes put blame on you to make themselves look relevant and better than you. They will not listen to you. Don't apply to this company they will treat you well for the 1st months and after that, if they feel that you are better? you already know what's next.

Pros

✅ Undoubtedly talented colleagues. Management Trainee's are absolutely top talents. Most of the managers are easy to get along with. ✅ If you stay longer and get laid off, you will get a fair separation pay.

Cons

1. A huge percentage of the "management workforce" came from their previous company which made diversity and inclusion enviroment vague. Their belongingness has led to a huge failure having to hire or most likely help, someone from their previous company. 2. Great talents were either laid off or have preferred to resign due to lack of job security. No wonder, managers on shore were the first ones to resign. 3. Unrealistic company updates. Time consuming, company wide, FRIDAY MEETINGS would've been useful if they have become more transparent if not for all employees but atleast to managers on where the company stands. 4. Promotion is impossible unless you're part of their circle. 5. HR Team and a "M"anager were always gossiping and power tripping. Great power and job title? It has been their ticket to mock someone, apparently, NEVER COOL AND NEVER RIGHT. 6. Absolutely money driven managers. There is a referral amount for every successful hire. Read between the lines. 7. Opportunity is not available not unless you are a part of their B-CLAN. 8. Company culture is eerie, especially when you are not part of their FAMILY or ... (B-CLAN, yet again.) 9. Most rojects implemented were absurd and not useful.. They're great in wasting money. 10. Process gaps amongst different business units were a huge mess, causing reworks. You will not feel empowered to voice your truth and provide feedback, or you may be forced to resign. Your voice will remain in your head and the feeling of hopelessness will linger unto your whole well being. Mass hiring have caused great mess in what we hoped A SUCCESS FOR FINSTRO. It takes real knowledge to run a company, it isn't always just about being compassionate, business decisions should have been made by REAL EXPERTS, WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN AND ANALYZE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL TRENDS. PS: Mental health issues caused by these stressors have triggered and caused enormous trauma to a number of employees, either current or laid off employees.

Pros

I'll give the management a big round of applause for actively manipulating Glassdoor reviews to maintain a positive image. Yup, they created the positive reviews here without any contexts - just to manipulate the score.

Cons

The recruitment process is plagued by misleading information and dishonesty regarding the actual status and working environment within the company. They painted a rosy picture of the organization, emphasizing its positive work culture, growth opportunities, and employee satisfaction. However, upon joining, I quickly realized that these claims were nothing more than smoke and mirrors. The actual working environment was far from the idealistic image portrayed during the recruitment process. Ask the former employees of Finstro via Linkedin and you'll know the real deal. The HR management's manipulation of Glassdoor reviews became evident when you notice a stark contrast between the positive reviews here and the dissatisfaction expressed by its employees in private conversations. Many of us suspected that the management had been engaging in unethical practices to inflate its reputation. It's disheartening to see how the management prioritizes maintaining a facade rather than genuinely addressing employee concerns. They are too busy chit-chatting about non-work related matters.
