      Fully Remote (including Training), Base Starting Pay was solid, Morale is awesome, Training staff top notch, interview phase was efficient

      Cons

      Training could’ve included a bit more hands on of the Bi Eval process.

      Pros

      I have an amazing manager who makes themselves available and keeps us in the loop of availability. As a new employee I don't feel the pressure of all files all at once. This company eases you in like a not too cold swimming pool. I like that. It is so refreshing to find a company that cares about your success as an employee as much as they care about the bottom line. When they succeed, everyone succeeds.

      Cons

      Antiquated operating system. However, I will say the amount of training and support we get to learn in this antiquated system makes up for it...eventually.
