One downside of the organization revolves around unethical employees who have since left - thankfully! It seems too many employees were stuck to their cell phones (electronic pacifiers) or were more interested in hanging out and socializing than in taking care of patients. Can't do was a prevalent attitude, but then why were these people hired??? Another downside is employees who use their leave as soon as it accumulates or those who frequently call out. REALLY? You've just been hired and decided not to come to work? It's also unfortunate some employees can't do his/her job because one doesn't have the "right" supplies. There are plenty of supplies to do one's job but perhaps not what specific employees WANT. Additionally, some employees were stealing - money and supplies. Perhaps this was because clinical leadership wasn't in place to more closely supervise operations, tasks, and deliverables. We're all adults but honestly - some people just don't want to work! I wish they'd just stay home.
