      Friendly staff. Good pay. Easy work schedule Monday thru Friday. Good benefits and vacation pay. Loved helping customers with there banking needs.

      Cons

      Needed to focus more on the training of employees for all aspects of the new universal banker program. Wanting the employees to be able to open new accounts ect...but not giving the training for them to meet these goals.
