    I have been working at First Utility full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The company has really opened my eyes to how an employer should treat their employee's. I have felt like i'm joining a family, everyone is friendly engaging and eager to help with any questions iv had so far. Currently really enjoying my job.

    Cons

    I am struggling to think of a con so far in my employment. The job is very knowledge intensive, but the training is comprehensive and prepares you for the job at hand brilliantly.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the brilliant work!!

    I have been working at First Utility full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    A great place to work that is engaging and friendly. I joined the company after attending a Job Fair, the staff I spoke with were lovely and I attended an Assessment Day to secure a job.

    Cons

    None to mention to date - A lot to learn, but trainers are very supportive and readily share their knowledge.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing - A companies best asset is its people!
