Pros

I have worked at FitFlop for many years now, and I have to say they are one of the best companies I have worked for. I am luckily to work among some great people, who really know their trade and I have seen the positive changes in the company and see it grow and that come down to having a great team on board. All though we all work hard, there is always something fun and exciting, and their is lots going on around the office, which makes it a great environment to be in daily. Whether its a Sports Day in the Summer, a hot free lunch once a month, Strawberries and Cream when Wimbledon is on, Monthly Drinks, a Quiz night every other month and even free umbrellas for when its tipping down, and in the UK that is lot. We also have a wonderful benefit package which really makes a difference. All this things add up and it makes me feel really valued as an employee, i feel like a person not a number and for me that is really important for me in the work place.

Cons

Communication can break down sometimes, but processes are being put in place to improve that, and we have updated our soft ware and recently introduced Yammer to the business which will be able to connect us Globally and make us much stronger as company
