          Pros

-Flexible Hours -Competitive Salary -Progression Potential - being able to apply for promotions, courses, training within club and the company in order to continue career progression/ -Support in career development and opportunities to further your skills and knowledge in club - Great community and working atmosphere in a professional and high standard fitness environment - Approachable management with complete discretion when/if needed - Free membership and facilities access during and off shift at any club - Collaborative nature within the team; being able to contribute to ideas on improving the service and facilities within club - Hours lunch break where you are free to train and use facilities

          Cons

          - If working for a busy club and you need a little more flexibility when it comes to work life balance because you may have children, or other commitments in personal life, a two week Rota shifting pattern between early, middle and late shifts could be an option so there is a real support for a work life balance for those that need it a bit more.

Do you experience that how long the hiring process would take at Thermo Fisher? I got my second interview with hiring manager at the beginning of November but I haven’t heard nothing from them. When I’ve emailed them to check in they just said that the process would be slow, no time frame. I would be able to get an offer soon from other company but work as contractor. Should I wait for Thermo Fisher?

Booz Allen Hamilton Recently applied and I've been referred for an interview! Any tips on interviewing with Booz Allen? And if I am being asked to complete clearance and background upfront, is this a good indicator for being hired?

                      Alex L.

Applied for a job a few weeks back, got a call from HR yesterday morning about an interview next week. She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
