Pros

Flexible work schedule, interns are nice, good welcome when you are on boarding, training available through organization and paid by them

Cons

Overworked and underpaid, verbally slander one another, everyone is isolated, no access to question or get in touch with management, disillusioned staff, not to mention everyone is angry and petty all the time.

Pros

Below the senior leadership level, there is a workplace culture of cooperation in many departments.

Cons

The senior leadership are concerned with their own salaries and status in the community. This leads to some for-profit business practices disguised as concern for the long-term viability of the organization.
